    Question about dotnetfx.exe

    When the time comes for me to distribute an app, can I safely include the English version of dotnetfx.exe, for use anywhere in the world?

    I am assuming that the different language versions contain the identical framework, but different text for error messages etc. Am I correct?
    Using Windows XP Home sp3
    Mucking around with C# 2008 Express
