building a form that will cover the (file,edit,view,favorites,tools,help) menu in IE 6.0

can anyone tell me the "location" i should set in the form
so that when the form is called it covers these menu buttons

also the "location" for the whole status bar

This is impossible as the menu bar is movable.

If you want to make a kiosk... you should just insert the browser control onto a form, it wont have any menus at all, just create the address bar, and make your form unclosable and you're done.
