Hi. I know, I know. This BB is for VB, but I knew some of you guys would have a suggestion.
I would like to learn Visual C++. It came with Visual Studio, so i figure, "why not!?". So I go to http://www.amazon.co.uk to find a good book on the subject, yet I find that to learn Visual C++, you at least need experience of C++.
I have no previous experience of C in any form (C,C++, whatever), yet I only have Visual C++ on my computer.
Does anyone therefore know of a good complete beginner's guide to Visual C++, which does not assume any previous C experience?
Just curious, what's the difference between C++ and Visual C++. It would be so much simpler if they were all the same!
Thanks for any suggestions,
