Redirecting directories! [resolved]
Guys
I'm not really sure that I'm in the right place here but here goes. This should be very simple but my brain is so over loaded at the moment that I can't see through all of the fog.
My marketing department has asked me to set up some urls for some ad campaigns that they're setting up. What I want to do is rather than having a new folder for each one (www.mysite.com/ad1, www.mysite.com/ad2, etc) is to send all of these urls to one page and grab the relevant info from the servervariables for logging.
It's the redirecting that I'm getting lost with. I'm pretty sure I should simply be able to do this in IIS but, at the moment, all I'm seeing is goo.
Any ideas? Sorry for being so dumb!

Re: Redirecting directories!
In inetmgr, create a virtual directory (e.g. ad1) under the root using an arbitrary folder as the content source.
Once the wizard completes, right click > Properties on the new virtual directory. You can specify redirects in the "Virtual Directory" tab (three radio buttons at the top).
