Help with variable Word pie charts

I'm trying to figure out how the following code will make a pie chart in Word. This is from a word mail merge document combined with a text file to make a variable pie chart in Word. Is this Visual Basic? Do I need more software than Access and Word?

Definitely not Visual Basic. Don't know what it is. Appears to be maybe data from an ini file of other text based data file that is used by some custom application. You need whatever software is reading this data.
