Creating an MSI package which installs SQL MSDE

Hi all, long time no chat, does any one know of any guides of how to create a msi installer to install a msde version of SQL server onto a clients machine, i would just like to have a seperate installer for the database.

i know it can be done by merge modules, however i tried this and it hasnt worked correctly,
