Splash Screen Timer

i know im asking alot of question but hey, thats how i learn. ive got a splash screen and ive got it so u click the mouse u go to the main program. you hit any key u move on. now im wondering what would be the code to have a time so that say in 5 seconds if they dont do anything the main program launchs.

add a timer on your form wiht an interval of 5000

(5 seconds)

inside the timer1 sub, add this:

form2.show
timer1.enabled = false
unload me

The Timer is the Stop Watch Looking Control
