Upgrade IIS to .NET
Hi,
I have a Windows 2000 Terminal server with IIS and I need it to run my .NET apps (Vis stud 2003, I think this is .NET v1.1)
What do I have to do to get this machine to run my .NET apps? Do I just install the .NET framework?
Any advice appreciated.

In command prompt, navigate to your framework folder and run
aspnet_regiis /i

I don't have framework installed yet. I believe yout reply is in regards to:
a) having the framework installed, and
b) something's not working.
I was just wondering if there was something more than installing the framework on a W2K machine, or that should be all I have to do.
Thanks.

Ah.
Just install IIS and the framework and you'll be a happy cow prancing the meadows. The rest of the requirements, of course, depend entirely on the applications that you deploy and would have their own installers for that, so you needn't worry much.

OK, that's what I was thinking. This is a production server at a client's site in another state, so I don't want to hose it up!
I will let you know when my udders are flapping in the breeze.
