Software missing components?

Hi All,

Recently installed VB.NET, and Embedded Visual Tools 3.0.

The main setup for EVT went fine, whenever it tries to install the Pocket PC SDK + Emulator the system crashes right at 100% progress. After it automatically reboots, new hardware is found called "Virtual PC Application Services". No drivers can be found for the device, so I uninstalled that device.

In eVB, there is no template for Pocket PC programs.. I'm unsure if this is becuase the SDK didn't register something.. or if it was corrupt.

So if anyone can help fix that bit it would be appreciated.

Moving on to VB.NET, which I would have preferred.. there is no template named "Smart Device Application" template which is apparently what I need to produce the apps for PDA using .NET..

Any ideas for that one??
