Question Hosting Price. Setting a good price.

I have come to the conclusion that the only way I can get the level of web stuff that I need to is to grab a reseller account.

This places me in an interesting possition as I will have more then enough space and bandwidth.

As resellers are not exactly cheap I am going to try and resell (duh) the excess space.

The package uses fantastico dulux so it has stacks to offer. If I list the package as it has been sketched out (in notepad) I would very much like to hear how much you feel is fair. IE what should I charge?

The spec has been written to appel to non technical SMEs (shops and so forth) as that is the kind of person I may end up selling to. I need to cover about $30 a month to keep costs reasonable (about £16 ish).

I hope to sell a minimum of three such packages within two months to cover the above cost and can easily go to 6 before starting to consider upgrades to keep my needs met.

I need to pitch things to pay for growth while being a reasonable price and although £10 (Approx $19 ish) is a nice number to cover the costs (in two sales) it is no good if I am charging way too much.

So this is where you come in (hopefully) and can help me.

    The spec:
    ---------

    Moved to General Developer Forum

Its hard to say what price I would charge. But put more emphaisis on quality of service rather than quanity of services. Thats is a lot of stuff you are offering and it will take a lot of time to maintain and support customers.
