and how i can play Xvid file ?

For encoding you should take a look at this: http://www.xvid.org/modules.php?op=m...artid=3&page=1

You probably will need quite a bit of knowlege in how encoding/decoding media streams works. (or alternativly, you could find a command-line encoder and make a front end in C#)

Playing: not entirely sure, you may be able to get away with using the Windows Media Player ActiveX Control. Otherwise you might need to purchase a 3rd party component.
