I am migrating a .dll from windows XP to windows 2003 server. Because the Windows 2003 server dons't support MS SOAP Toolkit 3.0, so I must recode some functions. Any one knows how to transfer the binary files through COM+ using SOAP with Attachments without the support of MS SOAP Toolkit 3.0?
