.NET project Idea...

I have an idea for a project:

I have been programming CGI/PERL and a little PHP and the one think i cannot stand is the fact that there is not "really good tool." my idea is to make a program that you can code your PHP, CGI, ASP, exc... (and if really possable, maybe an HTML editor [nothing great]) and have it color coded, then (the biggest thing about it) have it so you can test it in a built in browser, much like "DzSoft PHP/CGI Editor's", but have it when they click a button it will follow it and do the Post and Get, within the same frame.

I am not sure how hard it will be, because it will be the little things that are going to be "stumping." i was saying to code it in .NET so MAC and Linux users could use it too. and for a language, well, i was thinking VB || C#, but i am open to learning a new language.

this is just a seggestion, and probably will never actually be completed, unless there are some really dedicated people working on this. but hey, maybe it will work out

Right now, you really wanted to use C#. Just a warm good luck from me. I love to test it though. Can't help with the development as I know little things.

Also a suggestion would be completion of tags. Say I type <sometag and when I pressed > to close sometag, it will make </sometag> automatically. That's a nice feature.
