hahaha...If we wrote that for you then you would fail!
Your teacher will know that the code would have been written by a pro developer, or at least someone who knows what you're doing.

Secondly, we do not do peoples home work here What would be the point of doing it for you? Does it help you at all? Nope.

I am afraid that you're going to have to write this one on your own.

What you can do is ask specific questions, in the relevant sections on VBF, which people will answer. Like, "how can I save data froma text box to a db?"
