Is there a way to get your own ip without using the winsock1.LocalIP method? is there a way to do it with out winsock at all?

Hi mooose.
Go to Start->Run and Type:
winipcfg.
Sorry, I've been very busy these days. I'll send an Email soon.
Good Luck

thanx for replying Lyla, but I already knew that, I didn't set out my question right, I want to get the ip in my project in code, i want to get it into a text box, but the winsock.localip method does not work for users on a proxy server, so i was wondering if anyone knew another method.
