Command$ like Winamp PLEASEEE

Hi,
How do i only Run one Instance of my program and at the same time be able to receive the Command$ each time it is called in the same copy i am running?
I mean: Like Winamp when you click on a file (MP3) it will load it, and then while it is playing if you click on another MP3 It will play it too without opening another copy of Winamp?

How do I make my program (running only one Instance) get all the Command$ in the same Instance?

I am using the 'PrevInstance' to make my program only run one copy!
