At the moment I'm running Windows 95b and have all the upgrades and fixes, yet there are certain API's which require either 98 or the Windows Shell Upgrade which is integrated in IE 4+. The thing is I have IE 5 yet still have an old version of shell32.dll.

Anyone know of a link where I can download just the shell upgrade withough having to download IE all over again?
