Three argentine tennis players in the top ten international ranking:

    5- Guillermo Coria (2398 points)
    8- Gaston Gaudio (2170 points)
    9- David Nalbandian (2030 points)

    And yet, outside Argentina...nobody cares.

Rugby is a game of idiots. Backgammon is superior to all things in every way.

I'd like to see you play a game of professional rugby. You simply wouldn't survive the game
Neither would I for that matter....far too painful for me

I like watching all-girls nude custurd-wrestling matches. I don't support anyone in particular, i just want the matches to go the distance.
I would play the sport, but i don't meet all requirements.

    And some comments from:

    Eagles set their test schedule
29 Jan 2005 England, Wales, and Argentina are among the heavyweights on the USA’s 2005 schedule: http://www.scrum.com/news/news_detai...ntry=Argentina

Pumas pounce on England 7s in LA
14 Feb 2005 England were unable to compete with the impressive display shown by Argentina in the semi final of the USA Sevens and were knocked out of the competition: http://www.scrum.com/news/news_detai...ntry=Argentina

England Sevens Coach Mike Friday praised the strong Argentinean performance, “They hassled us very well and were very determined and relentless in their defence and attack. They deserved to win the game, we had uncharacteristic handling errors, and they just outplayed us.”

    HELLO!?!

Was I bad-mouthing the Argentinian rugby team? No!
So please get your facts right first

For your information I would consider the Puma's amongst the best in the world with perhaps the best scrum in the world. They are constantly able to play the best in the world and give as good as they get

The point I was trying to make is that Tennis is nowhere near as physically demanding than rugby because in tennis you don't have a 100kg athlete of pure muscle running towards you at full speed and tackilng you with a force of around 1000lbs

Off course not! I didn't mean that!

But for tennis, OK, not a 100 Kg athlete to bump on you but for a game lasting 8 hours... they're demanding too.

But indeed for a small country to have 3 in 10 is a good mark, na?

    Switzerland: 1
    Australia: 1
    Russia: 1
    USA: 2
    England: 1
    Spain: 1

That's only because team sports (rugby, football etc) don't have a world ranking system based on individuals/clubs. You should really be more proud at Argentina being ranked 6th in the world

Besides, with a population of 39million you can hardly be considered as a small country.
