Can I use ADOX to create Access database if the end user don't have Office installed?

I managed to use ADOX to create an Access database when the program first runs on a pc with OFFICE installed.
Now I am wondering if i still can create the database if the end user don't have OFFICE installed? (In that way mybe the PC cannot open the database file, but i can read from and write to it by using my program)

Yes you can. If you remember from VB6, you needed the provider to access an MDB database through VB, not for office to be installed.

Easier said than done I'm sure
