This is an ongoing problem for some of our users and MSDN is worse than useless.

It's ironic that the M$Office logo it inter-locking jig-saw pieces.
I think a "Square peg in a round whole" would be more apt!

I had the same problem. I found that the error was not caused by the vbajetxx.dll but was caused by dao350.dll. I fixed it by unregestering an older version of the dao350.dll(ver. 3.50.xxxx)(569KB) and regestering a newer version of dao350.dll(3.51.xxxx)(557KB). This should repair the problem on target machines.
