    ocx not working properly

    hey all!!

    i was working on my project "WAV 2 MP3 converter". i created the active x control myself n created the whole project. it works fine on my n my friend's computer but does not work properly in college.
    wot could be the reason???? plz help.

    Is it registered at college?
