Seemingly Hard Project

Ok i have a few seemingly difficult things Id like to do. First off is make an eggdrop like bot for an IRC server. When I run the VB program it joins the bot to a server. When a command is typed on a channel such as !uptime a sys uptime displays (such as on winbot). Also some kind of tic tac toe thing where two remote computers can connect and play a game such as vb tic tac toe. Seems hard...anyone got some ideas?

Here ya go for the Tic Tac Toe Client/Server part. This uses DirectPlay to do the networking rather than Winsock.
