    Page Width

Bit of a newbie question coming up here...

I have created a Stored Procedure with 30+ output columns. I have to build a Crystal report that outputs data from this Stored Procedure into Excel.

The number of columns do not fit on the page, even when it is landscape. Surely there must be a way to do this? Can you create a virtual page with a very large width?

I am using Crystal version 10.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

Do you have the paper size set to legal or letter? If you have it set to letter, switch to legal. Use smaller fonts. Also, scrutinize the fields you are displaying. Are they all totally necessary? Like, if you have store number and store name, could you just display store name...

I have plenty of reports with 30 columns are so, and when I use legal paper, landscape orientation, and small font, I don't have a problem fitting the columns on. (Of course it depends on the width of your columns.)

I think the paper source is limited to the size of paper that the printer that you are connected to can handle.
