This is a wild stab in the dark so am probably way off but ‘ch’ and ‘ur’ in the middle makes ‘curh’ or perhaps’church’ as ‘ur’ is inside the word ‘church’ and ‘ch’ are side by side or the ‘ur’ bit ??
