um is this allowed
ok lets say that theoreticly some one was to make something like this
http://ultimatesolutiuon.somee.com/SearchAll.aspx
and lets say that theroreticly this just gets the seach results from google and displays them.
now of course i am in no way the owner of that site, but would doing something like that be ground for getting sued?? its not just a frame it actully downloads the resutls page and cuts out all the other stuff and just shows the rsults. my uh friend told me how it worked. so if it possible that its not bad my firend wants to know weather it would be bad if he took the ads that google shows off. or if it is bad he wants to know what he could change to mkae it leagle (like mabey he needs to put the google logo in thier some where so one would know that it is googles results.
so please help my firend out.

As long as he says it's from google, I don't see how cutting out code is a crime. I personnaly tried to do it with dictionnary.com (personal program though, not a public one)
Google might get pissed over it, though.
Don't pay attention to this signature, it's contradictory.

Illegal, since your using their data, and they have nothing to gain from it really.

they will bill hits coming from your IP address. the cost per hit, i wouldn't know, but then again, i wouldn't want to. if all of a sudden people startied using your search by the thousands, then they'd find you quicker. The bots might trick on you though.

o and btw i took it down b/c pc said it probally isnt leagal but ill try to describe what it was exactly:
You went to the site and thier was a textbox followed by a button with search with all on it.
when a user clicked it it gave back the results from a google search w/o all the google logos ect around them. Right above the results was an option button with the word Googles Results beside it (the plan was to evently have a option button for each major search engine).
