Convert Windows Media Files into PowerPoint Presentations

Is there any way I can convert a Windows Media file (WMV) into a powerpoint presentation?

The file has many slides and voiceovers, and I would like to separate out each slide with its specific voiceover, sort of clip the video as well as the audio. Is there any tool which could let me do this?

I can only think of manual ways of doing it - i.e. extracting the frames from the movie into stills and then combining them into a ppt file

I would have to agree. They are essentially different media types. Might be useful to check download.com though for any freeware or shareware which could help?
