New Site Design - Opinions Please
I have finally completed the first stage of coding for my site and uploaded a preview for all to view an criticise. The skin is exactly the same, its what goes on underneath that has changed.
The origianly site was unmaintainable as well as ugly and updating it was chore. Now I can add new content and areas to the site easily and where ever I have access to the web. I suppose its my little online content management system and I'm quite prowd of it. I am not here to boast though, I need some criticle eyes and opinions.
There are two versions of the site:
http://dev.sccode.com/ - this is the preview site and will be replacing my current site http://www.sccode.com/
and
http://test.sccode.com/ - this is a testing version which can be edited by anyone. The admin section is http://test.sccode.com/section_admin.php, feel free to add remove or delete anything, but plaease keep it appropriate
There is still alot of work to do; I still need to add support for articles and user comments and of course document it. Once it is all done, I will of course be publishing my source code.
If you find any bugs please post a reply here or PM me if it is something serious. I would be very grateful for any comments. Thanks.

On this page http://dev.sccode.com/section_display.php?sid=5 the links don't have a hover effect, but the side bar still does
Also none of the pages use the Title tag for the browser title .
Looking good though
When your thread has been resolved please edit the original post in the thread ( )
and amend "-[RESOLVED]-" to the end of the title and change the icon to , Thank you.
When posting Code use the [VBCode]Code Here[/VBCode] tags to be able to use the code highlighting.

Re: New Site Design - Opinions Please
The pages could do with a little more formatting. The pages are a little loud right now with the hover-expando effect links.
Also, you've used two fonts: Times New Roman and Verdana(?)/Tahoma(?)/Arial(?)
I'd suggest you get rid of Times New Roman and use one of the other three throughout.
