    Minimum requirements for .Net apps

    Hi. Can anyone please tell me their experiences with creating .NET windows apps on various operating systems (esp win 98 and win Me). As well as what they feel should be the minimum hardware requirements for a large .NET app.

    No personal experience on Win98/Me, but I heard that Win98 with .Net zuckz big time.

    Define "large" and scope of application (server, client, middleware ???).
