Whats the best way to capture the screen programmatically? Can you use send-keys to sent PrntScrn? Two programs are on screen. How to capture both of them to file?

Thx to David for asking for me.. This was my question in another forum. Ok.. I've done some looking and then I thought that I'm probably making this much harder than needed and someone may know a quick answer.
If I updated the timer to 30 minutes instead of 5 seconds.. how could I make this do it every 30 minutes on it's own? That's the start of my project... then I'll want it to save to a directory automatically and ready itself to again for the next 30 minute interval. Sound tricky???
Advice on any part would be much appreciated!

You could load the times that you want the email into the task scheduler.
There are only 16 or so, and you could fire them every day automatically.

A timer will run until you stop it. You don't have to worry about it not firing again.
