XML QUESTION : Please Help

hello i wand make somthing that use xml and this is the problem

i wand load some text of the xml into a datagrid the text is this

text =: welcome world << this text most come in the xml but i don't know the script ok next

and i wand a script that help my to load that text in the datagrid
