How can I create and use a Database in embedded VB 3 for Windows CE.

Could anyone provide examples of howto

Create the Database
Read Records
Write Records
Modify Records
Delete Records

I have done some database programming with VB5 using ado but on a WinCE plattform this is totally over my head.
