A few nights ago I responded to a post concerning "decompilers". It evolved into an issue of copyright.My question to all of you is;
Is all of the code posted on these pages public domain? Can it be used in any program private or public? Are credits (royalties?) due if it is used?
I have been curious about this for sometime now and would like to know if there is an actual policy on this.I would never dream of using code without permission.

If I post it you can use it :-) Not saying that you would want to, or even that you should BUT if you really wanted to you could :-). Butif you really wanted to send me money for it that's okay too :-)

Does an admission of credit allow someone to lay claim to royalties on a program that yeilds say 10 million dollars?

Thanks for the reply,
I just wanted to get a general concensus on the issue. I hope everyone feels the same way. I'm off to write a ten million $ program (Ha-ha). I'll see you all in the about box!

Joey, do you need any help?! Since your program is going to have sells of 10 million, I'll go easy on you and accept $200 per hour!
