I'm currently looking for advanced programmers to develope a chat based application. Features are as follows.

- Extensive Server Logging
- Registration
- Channels (Chat Rooms)
- Admin Controls for channels
- Server Admin Controls for channels
- Private Messages
- Pager (Pend Messages)
- 1on1 Microphone Chat
- File Transfers
- Video Chat
- Advance Text (Font, Color, Emoticons)

Currently looking for winsock, control array, and all around programmers. Application expected to receive income, developers will receive portition of profits made.
