Pros and Cons of J2EE.
So this is what the Java part of VBForums looks lik 
I have been ask to write a document discussing the benfecial and negative aspects of a J2EE architecture and its technical implications.
Now I don't know anything about J2EE and I'm am having problems trying to determine what are the technical implications.
Can anyone provide me with some help? pros cons implications.

Negative aspects of a J2EE architecture and its technical implications? Whoever gave you this assignment should be more clear as to what they want.

That's quite some task. I still have problems understanding the basic principle of J2EE. It's a weird beast.

Thanks for the link Dilenger4, benefits are easy to find what with all the marketing fluff. I found a chapter from a Wrox book which seemed pretty good, so I paid homage to it .
The question was set by an employer as part of an interview test.
