Hi,
Can anybody tell me how I would make a label appear on the screen but not on a form? I have a felling it will be API.

You can drop a label on the form (with any caption) and then using VB-World Tip create a transparent form. This way you will see the label floting on the screen by itself.

No, I can't do it like that because as the label appeared on the screen it would take the focus from whatever program I was in. I have seen this done before on this program: Self Help Subliminals. This program flashes up subliminal messages of your choice while you're on your computer. When what appears to be labels flash on screen they don't take the focus from the current program that you are in. Check it out!
