Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter project. Need a Team of programmers (VB)

My project Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter is too much for myself alone. After a number of beta attempts, it became too much for me and is getting more difficult. The version I'm working on right now (not ready by the way) will have the fighters fight in a Quake 3 level to serve as a basis till I can create my own levels. I do have a nice previous version that has a squared arena surrounded by a skybox with the two fighters on the platform. I don't have a fighting engine in just yet. Need to work everything else out first. Then I need to implement a physics engine as well. I need a team of experienced programmers. The more people that'll work on this project, the faster the game can get done.

The programmers must follow these requirements

    - You must know a lot of VB5/VB6

    - You must have some experience in DirectX8

    - You must know some basic 3D Theory and have experience
    in working with it

    - Math experience is a must. Especially in 3D theory, Trigonometry, Physics, and know a little Calculus.

    - You must have some game design experience. Even at least have written a game before.

    - This is optional, but someone with a lot of DirectPlay experience so the game can go from head to head to Massive Multiplayer Online. Imagine numerous fighters in a level. The idea alone would beat Marvel vs Capcom 2 that's for sure.

Well you get the general idea. I'm just pointing out that having a beginner programmer with zero game design experience mixed in a team of pros may mess things up a bit.

I plan on getting a website up as well based on our MKvsSF game and team pretty soon. My email address is [email protected] in case you want to contact me. Alright, who's with me.
