A little bit of help with this please?

Im trying to do this for a client and only have a week now to do it.

Basically what he needs, is a section on the site, one page, where the user makes a purchase. Once they make the purchase they have 30 days access to another page with an online version of the newspaper they just subscribed for (its a newspaper company), and after 30 dyas they are restriced access to the page until they pay once more. HOW could i go about doing this, would it take more than a week, and could anyone possibly help me out? If not are there any pre-made scripts with these features in it i could work with? If you want someone to do this for you, post it in the porject requests forum. You'll probably have to pay them. It will probably take you more than a week, especially if oyu need to set up some kind of shopping cart of payment system to handle purchases.
