[Resolved] Windows 2K Crashing
I was having problems with Norton Antivirus...it ran LiveUpdate almost every three minutes, downloaded the same size file, but always said NA was out-of-date. I couldn't do anything with Norton, because it said it was corrupt or something.
So today, I uninstalled Norton (and was going to reinstall it, hopefully fixing the problem), but after uninstalling and rebooting, now I get a BSOD after a few minutes (I haven't taken down the message, yet). This happened twice, and it said something different each time.
The third time I rebooted, the monitor went into suspend mode and I couldn't get it to come out (tried wiggling the mouse, pressing keys).
When I first installed Windows 2K, I had a problem with my video driver, and kept getting the BSOD all the time, but after disabling that driver and running Windows update, it stopped.
Now that I've uninstalled Norton, it seems to be happening again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I uninstalled, then reinstalled the drivers for the video card, and so far so good. I just don't understand the connection between uninstalling Norton and the video driver going to hell again.
Just a coincidence?

Do you have Server or Workstation, as NAV isn't supported on W2K Server. I found that out with a few crashes.

A workstation. I guess my problem is resolved. I was just interested if anyone knew the correlation between uninstalling Norton and my display drivers going wack. Hopefully it won't happen again and I won't have to worry about it.
