Resolved [(Sort of) Resolved] FF (OK) IE (Doing weird stuff)

    Hi,

Back to the (stoopid) questions again.

In FF, when you float a div off to the left/right (or one div each way) it pulls that div out of the flow, so the middle column which has all the normal junk I put in it is in the middle and flows around the floating left div (incidentally this is the menu div, the top right div is the copyright notice).

In IE, its treating the middle div as a block squished between the two floating ones (ie 5.5 at work here - via notepad).

Now I've posted I should come up with the solution but just incase I dont... any advice apart from forget ever doing pages online again???

    Hi CornedBee,

Wish I could, but no Net at home :/

    The pain of moving flats.

I've taken the div for the area out and it flows as I want it too. For now it appears ok. Thanks for posting tho.
