Another Restrictions Q

Hi again!!
I have finished my restriction program, but i can't
get the damn NoDeskTop to work!!
I use the following command:
SaveSettingLong HKEY_CURRENT_USER, "Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer", "NoDesktop", 1
But the value is still 0

What do i do??

So after you do a SaveSettingLong, the value is still 0? Or does the restriction just not work?
