    MartinLiss is an Admin

Many of you have already noticed, but I wanted to officially state that MartinLiss has been 'promoted' to the level of Admin on VBForums. MartinLiss has taken on a higher level role in the forums, thus this allows him to be able to better do things.

Going forward, please feel free to give Martin all the grief you've given me in the Admin role. Of course, be aware that he now has all the power to "slap you down" harder !

In all seriousness, Martin is extremely active on this site and is able to provide better attention and help on a more regular basis than I can. He has shown this in the past and I have confidence that he will continue to do so going forward. Because of this, he now has full Admin rights and is an official Administrator.

    Brad!

Brad, Hasn't Martin been an Admin for a while? I have seen his name listed in the Forum Leader section as Admin for a while now, or you mean he was admin already and you gave him just more power .

    Anyway Congrat Martin

    Martin!

No one will ever catch up to you in posts now!

Does this mean that Brad is no longer top Admin anymore? or we
    have two Admins?

I hadn't noticed my was all ones, but now that will not be true...

I never formally announced moving Marty to an admin before, so I wanted to make it official and public.

The other admins listed on the forum page are primarily Jupitermedia people who may need access to do system level things. Only Marty and I are regulars on the site.

Danial, no not really trying to catch Martin. I have to actually do some
work once in a while , just want a respectful post count by way
of quality posts. Although I have been busting out with allot of
code here lately. Something like a couple hundred posts per
week. I think it was just back in late July I had around 2000 or
    so posts!

Too bad there is no reporting to show stats like that.

I am sure you do. I was simply joking, did not mean as a snipe towards you. Sorry if it sounded like it. Infact I have come across your posts in DB Forum and few others as being very helpful. I myself only post in selective forum and only do it since I quite enjoy it.

Martin so are you trowing a party in Chit Chat or should we do that , where is Mendhak when you need him .

Danial, no I hadn't thought of it that way at all.

Just trying to get some recognition for allot of time and hard work
put in. Seems like post count doesn't carry as much weight as it
    used to.
