How can I get a hold of "spy++"?

I am trying to learn how to find out a what the "hWnd" is for different windows and etc. I was informed that there is a OCX or ActiveX out there called "spy++" that will allow me to veiw the "hWnd".

Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Spy++ is a program. It comes with Visual Studio. If you have Visual Studio installed, then you already have it installed. It should be under:
Start->Programs->Microsoft Studio 6.0->Microsoft Studio 6.0 Tools
