    currentTimeMillis() method

    question can someone please provide me with an example of how I would use the currentTimeMillis() method thats in java? Also if anyone knows any websites that lists all the classes and methods associated in java and provides examples how to use each method I will gladlllly appreciate it if you could pass on the web address
