VB or 3rdParty software? Moving disk space

Hey guys.

I don't think this can be done in VB, but does anybody know of a software that allows you to move free disk space from one partition to another on the same hard drive.

for example,
I have a 20g hard drive.

C: 5 Gb
D: 5 Gb
E: 5 Gb
F: 5 Gb

All the space on f is empty and I want to move 3 Gb of the space over to the E: drive.

I know there is a software that can do this, but I don't remember the name. Anybody?
