    AD & ASP.Net/Web services

    hi!

i would really like to know exactly how do you access the AD via web to check whether the PC is locked or not (e.g event occured).
So that you can record when the pc was locked & when did you
    log on or logged off..

    please help!

Duh... I guess it didn't click in my head.

But I can't help you anyway so it doesn't really matter.

We use web services to expose AD functionality to multiple apps. All the web apps call the same web service. We've always done it that way so I'm not sure if there are security issues if you try to access AD directly from your web app, is that the problem you're having?
