    video cards

I had a nvidia TNT2 32 mb, it has a fan on it, but the fan broke, i looked for another fan but no success, so i bought a new card, a Radeon 7000 32 mb, but it dosent have a fan, should i put one on because i felt the cooler and it was kind of hot, or since this one dosent have a fan should i just use the old one with out one and get my money back?

No, if it doesn't have a fan, it doesn't need one, simple. The old one would most probably because it may generate more heat because the transistors are bigger or something like that. Simple rule, if it comes with a fan, make sure it has a fan, if it doens't, it doesn't need it, but you can attach if you want.
I use Microsoft Visual Basic 2005. (Therefore, most code samples I provide will be based around the .NET Framework v2.0, unless otherwise specified)
