how to display large width report by CRviewer9 control

I met a problem about crystal report prewiew by CRviewer9 Control in VB:
I have one report that width is large, so I set printer setup to "Maximum 11.7*17.7". Unfortunately, when I use CRviewer9 control to display that report, I only can see half of that report. Moreover, there is no horizon scroll bar.

when you in the report form place your cursor on the page and right click on your mouse, select "designer" -> "printer setup". In the printer setup, you choose the printer name as dot matrix printer such as "Epson LQ-2180". You must install a dot matrix printer driver first (any dot matrix printer). After you select your printer name and you also have to confirm the Paper size is automatically set to "US Std Fanfold", if not then you need to select yourself. Thanks for your reply. I tried according your suggestion, but the width seems narrow than my previous setting. It still doesn't work. Do you know how to show horizonal scroll bar when I use CRviewer9 Control in VB6.0 to preview this report?
