    Damn macromedia

Anyone else notice that there seems to be more and more flash ads lately?

I can block all the image ads easily, but the macromedia ones can't be stopped (easily)! Maybe I should just uninstall whatever runs them...

Didn't think about that...can always use IE if I need flash....I seldom need it for anything else then funny things and games anyway...

BTW in MyIE there was a function where you could block diffrent file formats on web pages, like all images, or all flash files and so on...

I can't remember 100% how it worked...don't have it on this machine so I can't test it right now. There is two possible way it could work.

    Diffrent settings for diffrent pages

    or

You have to turn of the block flash on the tools menu when you want to go to a flash page.

But seriously, how many pages are you visiting daily that uses flash that you realy need?

Yep flash is 100% crap, yea it takes talent to program or whatever, but what's the point, a webpage isnt enough these days?

The AdBlock plugin for Firefox lets you block Flash files as well

Adblock is awesome. I can actually block ads from the same site now!
