Mail & Attachment on one page(Lotus Notes)

Hi all,
I am trying to send an email(generated with VB) with an attachment over Lotus Notes. That works so far. Problem is only that the attachment is not on the same page.
Does someone know how I can get it on one page?
I did it with Outlook, but in Notes it wouldn't work.
Any ideas?

Call oItem.embedobject(1454, "", c:\temp.txt)
