Trojan Removal

I havea trojan that I am trying to get rid of. The creator is listed as one of either Totempole or Thunderdome. I keep on getting a reappearance of randomly named VB apps on a machine on the network. When I delete the programs, wome other process must be running somewhere to reinstate the trojans.

I have checked the startup section in the registry....

lol this may sound stupid but did you try a virus scan yet? If you did and it didn't help:

if you have XP try doing RUN -> MSCONFIG -> STARTUP, far more easy than messing with the registry, also, try some AV software!
